The Pictures of Busy People (AGBU)

The pictures of busy people, Romeo Melikyan’s solo exhibition, was first presented at the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU) in Yerevan from February 19–21, 2026. The exhibition brought together a selection of the artist’s recent collages, sculptures, installations, and paintings, forming a cohesive narrative about the relationship between contemporary individuals and the urban environment.

The opening evening also featured a screening of the short documentary film Romeo, offering visitors an intimate introduction to the artist and his creative practice.
